While visiting family in Mytiline, this was a good value, close to all types of eating experiences and the beach for swi

Staff were really responsive and respectful. It was located close to places to eat and within walking to the public beach where swimming cost 2 E per person which included sun chaise loungers and an umbrella.

Furnishings are dated but I believe it also adds to the charm of a historical building

Quiet, clean and very friendly.

Location was awesome and the shower was the best. Loved the Turkish coffee.

The airconditioning didn’t work. It was always at top speed and could adjust the fan speed even though it did on remote. We had room 103 which after a few days developed a smell from the drains. Informed staff.

location is very good. The people were generally polite and helpful.

The breakfast is not good: there are many basic foods missing (Bran, oat, cranberries, blueberries, light milk!, almond milk, etc) and there is no enough space so guests tend to be cramped and no air-conditioning!

Lovely hotel, lovely staff and a cosy city.

The hotel had a very cosy environment. The rooms were clean and were large enough so we had no trouble fitting in as a family. Breakfast had a lot of options (including turkish tea and greek coffee) and the staff were very helpful and kind. Lastly we were given a gift basket of local products on our last day.

When we arrived for check-in (we arrived earlier than check-in) we were told our room would be ready in 1 hour (normal check-in time). We came back 2 hours later but we had to wait yet another 20 mins.

Perfect location

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location. Tavernas, bars and shops within minutes walk. Brilliant soundproofing - the noise of the busy cocktail bar disappeared when we closed our balcony doors. I would definitely stay there again.

The style of furniture was not to my taste. But it was all of high quality and very clean.

Really nice hotel with a beautiful interior and spacious rooms.

Really nice hotel with a beautiful interior and spacious rooms. Staff were also very helpful, whether that be booking taxis or organising a rental car for us which had us very stressed as we accidentally booked one for the wrong month and only realised upon arriving at the hotel. The location is also very good, close to a lot of nice bars and a very lively neighbourhood. Would definitely recomend

Great location. Staff were awesome especially the ladies who made 90% of the breakfast inhouse! Authentic food , loved the Greek coffee made in hot sand - AMAZING!

Roof top bar was not in operation . Was looking forward to it .

Very nice, I liked it.

The property was very nice, seemed newly renovated. The room was also very nice and comfortable, a little bit small, though.

The bathroom, the tap didn’t work properly.

The best hotel I have stayed recently

The hotel has a superb location. It is close to the city center, all the good restaurants (eg Kalderimi 5 minutes by walking), the port (200 m) from and a blue flag beach (300 m). The staff was very helpful, friendly and very polite. The rooms are very clean and complimentary refreshments such as water and soda. could be found in the refrigerator. The breakfast was very rich and everything was tasty and fresh. Although I haven't tried the room service you can always find hot water at the buffet area near the lobby. I loved my stay. It was perfect. I would definitely go back if I visited Lesbos again.

The shower in the bathroom was not in a cabinet but only enclosed by a shower curtain. If you are not very careful the floor becomes wet and slippery. Also the lighting in the room was dim. As I like to read I had to go to the lobby area at night but it would be convenient if I could read in bed.

A welcomed retreat in the heart of Mytilini - a real treat.

superb location and architecture. lovely staff and very helpful. excellent breakfast. Great air con - lovely decor. Very helpful receptionist- carry my bag to room and lending me a charger.

Roof top pool had loose steps into pool. A bit tight for space but it is an advantageous in the centre so still really great roof top bar. Noisy bar next door so loud during the evening but once doors to balcony were closed it was silent.

Very Good

good location, very helpful staff, it is a bonus they have their own car rental agency and a parking garage, nice breakfast

my room was in the reception building and i think it was older and smaller than other rooms with balconies i saw around me, so it was a bit disappointing, i took the best hotel in town for a reason on this business trip and i felt i got the lesser room. this building also has no elevator and i had to climb stairs with the luggage. make sure you are given rooms in the other buildings!
